Shipping & Delivery Policy – Relax Stories

At Relax Stories, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time while ensuring complete transparency in our shipping process.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

India (Domestic Orders):

  • ₹100 shipping charge per product

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Metro Cities (India)

Delivery within 5–7 business days from order confirmation.

Other Locations (India)

Delivery within 8–10 business days from order confirmation.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner, weather conditions, and other external factors.


Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner operational issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays, strikes, or regional restrictions
  • Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

Customers will be informed in case of significant delays.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be provided solely due to shipping delays.


Product Availability

We make every effort to ensure that all products listed on our website are available and accurately priced.

In rare situations where a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify the customer within 5 working days and offer either:

  • A suitable replacement product, or
  • A full refund for the unavailable item

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellation or modification requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Relax Stories reserves the right to cancel any order due to inventory issues, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued where applicable.

Shipping Address Guidelines

  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
  • Separate orders must be placed for multiple delivery addresses.
  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
  • Any charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be borne by the customer.
  • If a shipment must be re-shipped because of incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.


Exchange Policy (No Returns)

Relax Stories follows a strict No Return Policy.

We do not accept returns for products once delivered.

Exchanges Are Accepted Only In The Following Cases:

  • The customer receives a damaged product.
  • The customer receives a defective product.
  • The customer receives an incorrect product or wrong size compared to the order placed.

Exchange Request Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must provide clear photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the issue.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Exchange approval is subject to verification by our support team.

Non-Exchangeable Situations

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer during checkout
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing

Exchange Shipping

  • Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched after the original item is received and inspected (if return pickup is required).
  • If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product may be offered at our discretion.

Lost in Transit

If an order is lost during transit:

  • We allow up to 15 days for courier investigation and resolution.
  • If the product is available, a replacement order will be shipped.
  • If the product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Additional Conditions

Courier services may be affected during natural calamities, national emergencies, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. Delivery timelines may be extended in such situations.
