Shipping & Delivery Policy – Relax Stories

At Relax Stories, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and reliable manner while ensuring transparency in our shipping process.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis and will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment.

  • India (Domestic Orders):
    ₹100 shipping charge per product


Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities (India):
    Delivery within 5–7 business days from order confirmation

  • Other Locations (India):
    Delivery within 8–10 business days from order confirmation

Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location, courier partner, and external factors.


Delays in Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are indicative. Orders may occasionally be delivered earlier or later due to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes or regional restrictions

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

In case of significant delays, customers will be informed.
Refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will not be applicable solely due to delivery delays.

Orders may sometimes be shipped in multiple parts. If a cancellation is requested, only the unshipped portion may be eligible for cancellation (subject to conditions).


Product Availability

We make every effort to ensure that all products listed on our website are in stock and accurately priced.

In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after order placement, we will notify you within 5 working days and provide suitable alternatives or a refund as applicable.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Order modification or cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Shipping Address Guidelines

  • Any changes to the shipping address must be communicated within 24 hours of order placement.

  • Address changes are not possible once the order has been shipped.

  • For multiple delivery addresses, please place separate orders.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Courier partners may charge penalties for incorrect or incomplete addresses (such as incorrect PIN codes). Any such charges will be borne by the customer.

If a shipment needs to be re-shipped due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, additional shipping charges will apply.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. In some cases, courier partners may leave the package at the doorstep if no response is received.


Lost in Transit

If an order is lost in transit, we allow up to 15 days for investigation and resolution.

  • If the same product is available, the order will be re-shipped.

  • If the product is unavailable, customers may choose a refund or an alternative product.


Additional Conditions

Courier services may be affected during natural calamities, national emergencies, or government-imposed restrictions, which may result in delays.
