Returns & Refund Policy – Relax Stories
At Relax Stories, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return or exchange request is raised within 2 days of delivery
- A clear unboxing video is provided as proof of the product condition (requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted)
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 2 days of delivery:

Please mention your Order Number and reason for return or exchange.
Reverse Pickup Options
- Reverse pickup by Relax Stories: Available at a charge of ₹100 per product
- If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may self-ship the parcel using any reliable courier service
For self-shipped returns, please share the tracking ID and order number on WhatsApp within 2 working days after approval.
Return & Exchange Charges
- Exchange fee: ₹100 per product
- Returns: ₹100 per product will be deducted from the refund (including Return to Origin / RTO cases)
- Reverse pickup charge: ₹100 (if opted)
Note: Forward and reverse shipping charges are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- Requests raised after the 2-day window will not be accepted
- Stitched, customized, altered, or discounted/sale products are not eligible for return or exchange
- Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and sent in original packaging with tags intact
- The order number must be mentioned inside the return parcel for identification
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected
- Refunds are issued via UPI or NEFT
- Please include your bank account details (Account Number & IFSC) inside the return parcel
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Cash refunds are not available for COD orders
- Store credit (valid for 1 year) will be issued within 5 working days after return pickup
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
