Exchange Policy – Relax Stories

At Relax Stories, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

No Return & No Refund Policy

Relax Stories follows a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.

Products once delivered cannot be returned for a refund.

We only provide exchanges in cases where:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The wrong size was delivered by our team

Conditions for Exchange

Exchange requests will be accepted only if:

  • The request is raised within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery
  • A clear unboxing video is provided as proof of the issue
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories are intact

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Reverse Pickup Options

Reverse Pickup by Relax Stories

Available at a charge of ₹100 per product.

Self-Shipping

If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the parcel through a reliable courier service.

After shipping, please share:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier receipt
  • Order Number

via WhatsApp or Email within 2 working days.


Exchange Charges

  • Exchange processing charge: ₹100 per product
  • Reverse pickup charge (if applicable): ₹100 per product

Shipping charges paid during the original order are non-refundable.


Non-Exchangeable Products

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Personal preference issues
  • Minor color variations due to screen/display differences
  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered products
  • Customized, stitched, personalized, or altered products
  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers

Exchange Approval

All exchange requests are subject to verification by our quality team.

Relax Stories reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
